How to Choose the Best Size for Your Custom Backdrops
Backdrops come in three standard sizes:
- 5' x 8' is a favorite for a couple of photos. Perfect for weddings and parties.
- 8' x 8' fits three persons in a photo. Ideal for trade shows or company events.
- 10' x 8' can fit a group of five adults.
Recommended for festivals or red-carpet events with large groups. You can order a banner separately, or include a backdrop stand. The photo backdrop stand comes in a bag for easy transport. Vinyl backdrops can include pole pockets at the top and bottom or grommets as alternative options instead of using a photo backdrop stand.

Can I buy just the stands for the backdrop?
Yes, we only offer banner stand replacements or the whole set.
Can I use your custom backdrops outdoors?
Yes. Our custom backdrops are printed on fade-resistant and waterproof vinyl that’s safe for outdoor use.
What’s the difference between a custom backdrop and a step and repeat banner?
Custom backdrops usually have a single photo, business name, or brand logo in the design, while step and repeat banner designs feature a repeating pattern made from a single design element such as a logo.
Do you offer your custom backdrops in custom sizes?
Yes, we do. You can customize the size of your backdrop based on the following ranges:
- Width: 4 ft. up to 20 ft.
- Height: 4 ft. up to 8 ft.

You can directly upload your artwork or photos when placing your order.
Do you offer proof before we proceed to print?
Yes, we do. If you require a print proof, select “I need a PDF proof” under Proofing Options when uploading your artwork. One of our design specialists will email you the proof that you need to approve before we proceed to print.
How long does it take to print your custom backdrops?
Whether you are purchasing the banner only or the banner with a stand, the standard turnaround time is 2 to 3 business days. For an additional fee, you can expedite the production to the next day
